1. About these terms

These terms apply to enquiries and bookings made through geekayglobal.com, by phone, by WhatsApp or by email with GK Global (GK Global, Stella Maris Convent Road, Adimali – 685561, Kerala, India). By sending an enquiry or making a payment you agree to them.

2. How a booking is made

• Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking. We first check availability and contact you.
• Once availability is confirmed, we send a payment link. Your booking is confirmed only after payment is received and we send you a confirmation.
• Payment links are valid for a limited time. If a link expires, ask us for a new one; availability is not held after expiry.
• Prices, timings, inclusions and the amount payable are stated in your confirmation.

3. Your details

Please give accurate names, contact details, dates and group sizes. Bookings made with incorrect details may be cancelled, and the Cancellation & Refund Policy applies.

4. Jeep Safari safety terms

• Safaris take place on rough off-road terrain. Participants take part at their own risk and must follow the driver's and guide's instructions at all times.
• Safaris are not advised for pregnant women, or for anyone with heart, back or neck conditions, recent surgery, or other medical conditions that bumpy rides may worsen. Please consult a doctor if unsure.
• Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian.
• Stay seated inside the vehicle unless the guide says otherwise. Do not feed, approach or disturb wildlife, and do not litter.
• Alcohol and drugs are not permitted before or during the safari. The driver may refuse anyone who appears intoxicated, without refund.
• Wildlife sightings are natural and cannot be guaranteed.
• Routes and timings may change for safety, weather or forest department instructions.
• GK Global is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings, or for injury, illness or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Adimali, Kerala.
