Open the safari you like from the Jeep Safari page, fill in the booking form (date, number of persons and pickup point) and press Book & pay. Availability is checked instantly, and your jeeps are held for 15 minutes while you pay.

As soon as your payment goes through. You do not need to wait for us: your booking page changes to “Booking confirmed” and we send the confirmation, with your booking reference, by email and WhatsApp.

Online payments are handled securely by Razorpay, so you can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking. GK Global never sees or stores your card, UPI or bank details.

The hold on your jeeps is released. You can book again from the same page if jeeps are still free on that date, or message us and we will help.

Prices are per jeep, for up to 7 persons:

• Sunrise Safari: ₹4,000 per jeep
• Half-Day Trip: ₹4,000 per jeep
• Full-Day Trip: ₹6,000 per jeep
• Top Station Safari: ₹7,000 per jeep
• Anakkulam Elephant Spotting Safari: ₹3,500 per jeep
• Night Jungle Safari: ₹11,000 per jeep

The total for your group is shown before you pay.

Up to 7 persons. Larger groups get one more jeep for each further 7 persons or part of it; for example, 8 to 14 persons need 2 jeeps. The booking form works this out for you.

The tariff includes pickup and drop at or near the pickup points listed on each safari page. For most safaris these are 2nd Mile, Karadippara View Point, Kallar, Kampiline, Iruttukanam, Anachal. For pickup or drop at any other place, an extra ₹1,000 – ₹1,500 per jeep applies in addition to the tariff; we confirm the exact amount with you before the trip.

No. GK Global is not registered for GST and does not charge GST.

A jeep with an experienced local driver for the safari, and Pickup and drop at or near the pickup points listed for the safari (other places: ₹1,000 – ₹1,500 extra per jeep).

Entry tickets and park entrance fees; Boating fees and other activity fees; Tolls; Breakfast, lunch, tea and snacks, dinner and other meals. These are paid by guests directly, at the counter or venue, so please carry some cash.

If you cancel 21 days or more before the safari date, you get a full refund of the amount paid. From 7 to 20 days before, you get 50% back. Less than 7 days before, or a no-show, is not refundable. See the full Cancellation & Refund Policy.

If a natural calamity, a government restriction or a Forest Department closure stops your safari, you can choose a full refund or a new date by mutual agreement, subject to availability.

Call, WhatsApp or email us with your booking reference. The date we receive your message counts as the cancellation date.

Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

Comfortable clothes and shoes, a warm layer (mornings and nights in Munnar are cold), drinking water, a rain jacket in the monsoon, your camera, and cash for entry tickets, meals and other fees.

Wildlife is wild, so sightings are natural and cannot be guaranteed. Our drivers know where animals are often seen, and the scenery is worth the trip on its own.

Children are welcome with a parent or guardian. The ride is bumpy, off-road terrain, so it is not advised for pregnant women or anyone with heart, back or neck problems or recent surgery. If unsure, please check with your doctor. See our safari safety terms.

Yes, for safety, heavy rain, landslide warnings or Forest Department instructions. Your driver will always choose the safest option for the day.

No. Alcohol and drugs are not permitted before or during the safari, and the driver may refuse anyone who appears intoxicated, without a refund.

The safari may be shortened so it can finish on time. If you do not arrive and do not contact us, the booking counts as a no-show.
