What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email, phone numbers, travel date, group size, package choice, and optionally the lead traveller's gender and age.

How we use it

• To check availability, contact you, and confirm and manage your booking.
• To send payment links and booking messages.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

We do not sell your information. We share only what is needed with the service provider running your trip or stay, and with our payment provider to process payments. Your phone and email are not shared with partner properties.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card or bank details.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by contacting us.
